Will is a master of processes and a driving force behind the production team at Platinum Wave. With a wealth of experience in the commercial vehicle industry, he takes pride in ensuring that every VW conversion that leaves the workshop is flawless. Will is responsible for overseeing the entire conversion process and making sure that each vehicle meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. His expertise in VW conversions and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable member of the Platinum Wave Campers team.

Bart spent 10 years at Mercedes Benz - AMG, where he honed his skills in precision and striving for perfection. He is eager to bring the Mercedes Benz - AMG philosophy to Platinum Wave Campers and create the largest infrastructure of Luxury VW Campervan sales in the UK while maintaining the highest level of customer service. Bart is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that each VW Campervan sale meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Alan Anderson is the Luxury Campervan Sales Manager at Platinum Wave. With a passion for all things VW, Alan brings years of experience in the automotive industry to his role, where he specialises in the sales of our luxury VW Campervans. Alan is known for his attention to detail and customer-focused approach, ensuring that each customer finds the perfect Luxury VW Campervan to meet their needs and lifestyle. He is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and is committed to making sure that each customer leaves Platinum Wave with a smile on their face.

Charlotte Marriott is the Business Development Manager at Platinum Wave. Charlotte brings a wealth of experience to her role, where she is responsible for finding new trade dealers and expanding the company's network across the UK. Charlotte's goal is to make Platinum Wave's VW conversions more accessible to customers by increasing the company's reach through a strong and extensive UK dealer network. She is a natural networker and is passionate about building lasting relationships with both existing and new trade dealers. With her drive and determination, Charlotte is a valuable asset to the team and is instrumental in ensuring that Platinum Wave remains at the forefront of the VW conversion market.

Rea Patel is the Head of Premium Kombi Sales at Platinum Wave. With a passion for the automotive industry and a talent for sales, Rea brings a unique combination of skills to her role. Rea is responsible for driving sales and ensuring that Platinum Wave's customers receive the highest level of service. She has a talent for matching customers with the perfect VW conversion to meet their needs and lifestyle. With her positive attitude and infectious enthusiasm, Rea is a popular member of the Platinum Wave Automotive team and is highly valued by her colleagues and customers alike.

Rory joined us with a huge love for Volkswagen Transporters and a huge amount of experience from his work at JLR. Rory has a really motivated mechanical mind. Rory's main responsibilities are preparing our Platinum Wave Campers bodywork ready for them to enter paint-shop, and completing a 96 point quality control check before they go through to the next stage of build.

Ryan joined Platinum Wave as an Apprentice Painter, he is learning the trade and how to paint correctly from our professional trained staff here at our workshop. Ryan is passionate and keen to learn.

Phil Baker is the Financial Controller at Platinum Wave Automotive. A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), Phil brings a methodical approach to his role, ensuring our financial health and customer satisfaction in both camper vans and commercial vehicles. Phil has an extensive background in audit practice, including time at Ernst & Young. At Platinum Wave Automotive, he works closely with all departments, reinforcing our commitment to a strong financial base supporting the customer experience. Phil's work history spans sectors such as technology and telematics, making him a versatile asset to our team. His track record at rapidly growing businesses will contribute significantly to our success.

A highly motivated professional with 20+ years’ experience in Automotive Paint and Aerospace working with prestigious companies such as Rolls Royce and Aston Martin. During the last 20 years James has developed great communication and leadership skills in training and teaching as a Lecturer in Paint and Bodywork , teaching IMI NVQ levels at North Warwickshire and Hinckley college, plus writing modules for global vocational skills in paint and body work. For the past 5 years James has been the working founder and Director of Flawless Smart Repair and held contracts in paint work with Madam Tussaud’s. He also shared his expertise working on TV programme Car SOS series 9. Owner and Developer of FS detailing products, creating, and developing all aspects of cleaning and detailing products for the automotive industry. James is responsible for overseeing the team’s painting and finishing process here at Platinum Wave & making sure each vehicle is finished to the highest standard.
