I bought my first Kombi last week from Rea and the team at Platinum Wave Campers. The service was impeccable and I’m in love with my van. The turnaround time was so quick and the quality is outstanding. I can’t believe I get to drive home in this beautiful van. Everything I needed was never too much for Platinum Wave Campers. They went above and beyond to get the job done and I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a Kombi. My kids absolutely love it and I’m glad I’ve got enough space to have my family holidays.
Can't fault the service from start to finish. Alan, Rea, Bart & the team have gone above & beyond to make my dream camper. I didn't want the hook up point on the side of the van & requested that it was fitted under the rear light cluster. They were more than happy to accommodate. I had been looking at potentially purchasing a VW Campervan for many years and after finally deciding to take the plunge & looking at various companies for conversions I finally decided to go with Platinum Wave Campers. I have not been disappointed with my decision in any way. From my first conversation with Alan I knew this was right company for me. I have been continuously informed of progress with emails , calls and photos & advised on many things that I had not considered. I travelled up-to Birmingham & after being collected from the train station which made things far less stressful was taken to the site to see my camper for the 1st time & I have to say I was blown away with how amazing it looked & the quality & care taken with the entire conversion , I can’t thank Alan and Rea enough for the excellent hospitality , professionalism and friendliness they showed throughout. I had issues which were unexpected but Alan went over and above and resolved these.
