How your information is collected

During the lead registration process and for account management, our enquiry forms require the user to provide some or all of their first name, last name, email address, phone number, and message. We use a form’s customer contact information to immediately follow-up with the client about their enquiry, and will use it for future sales communications/updates, if needed.

Upon completion of our forms, you have consented to us contacting you based upon legitimate interest in our business and services.

Furthermore, any additional information gathered during the discussion of your enquiry (via telephone or email), is treated in the same manner as website form data.

How we use this information

Based upon legitimate interest, we process your data to facilitate your enquiry, and market our products via email communications, amongst other methods. We use cookies to deliver content specific to your interests. In addition, our web servers track information about visits to our websites. For example, we compile statistics that show the daily number of visitors to our sites, time on site, frequency of visits, the daily requests we receive for particular pages on our websites, what countries those requests come from, and any significant data patterns. These aggregated statistics are used internally to better provide services to the public and may also be provided to others, but the statistics contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information.

We will not disclose customer information to unaffiliated third parties, other than:

  • Where the client requests or consents to disclosure.
  • Where we are legally required to do so (e.g., in response to a court or fraud investigation).
  • Approved GDPR compliant third-party platforms we use for marketing, accounting, sales and CRM, etc., where the provider does not have direct access to your data.
  • Where it is provided to other suppliers as required to fulfil our contractual and legal obligations in any service contract between you and us. In addition, these suppliers will only be able to use your personal data to provide the specific service that they have contractually agreed to deliver.
  • Where we have agreed to provide information under negotiated contracts and where the client has been informed about the possibility of sharing information through a prior direct communication.
  • We will retain any data you submit for 6 years.
